We coordinate pickup from supplier factories in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other manufacturing hubs. Pickup address, vehicle access, timing and charges are confirmed in the quote.

VAT & EORI Compliance

We help check the VAT / EORI details needed for the destination and import arrangement. Registration, tax filing and recovery eligibility should be confirmed with the relevant adviser.

DDP Import Clearance

For DDP shipments, confirm the importer, customs representation and tax responsibilities before booking. The quote lists included charges and conditional or excluded costs.

ISA Appointment Booking

We check the destination warehouse's appointment requirements and coordinate booking and delivery with the carrier. Receiving slots and subsequent inventory check-in remain subject to Amazon's processing.

Transport Plan & Quote Scope

The written quote specifies origin, delivery address, cargo conditions, services, included charges, conditional costs, exclusions and validity. DDP also requires agreement on the importer and tax responsibilities. Examination, storage, demurrage, remote-area or repeat-delivery charges are handled under the agreed terms.

Confirm start and end events, calendar or business days, and whether clearance, final-mile delivery and FBA appointments are included. Website ranges are for planning; FBA delivery is not inventory check-in. Batteries, liquids, powders and dangerous goods require cargo and carrier acceptance checks for each shipment.

Service hours: Mon–Sat, 9:00–18:00, Beijing time (UTC+8). Initial reply is usually within 2 business hours; messages outside these hours roll forward. A quote follows cargo and channel checks. System milestones reflect recorded events and are not continuous GPS tracking.
